Last night, iHeartRadio hosted an exclusive 60-minute live event, "Troy Sivan on the Honda Stage at the iHeartRadio Theater," to celebrate his album that debuted last month, Blue Neighborhood, as well as his new single "Youth." Sivan performed the new hit, along with many of the Blue Neighborhood songs at the iHeartRadio Theater Los Angeles in Burbank. The event included an intimate Q&A with host Alex discussing Sivan's new album. Scroll down for photos from the concert!

Troye spoke about his background as a YouTube star-he said he's so proud to come from that and he thinks it is the way of the future. He could never really comprehend becoming famous through YouTube so when he performed a show in front of 2,800 people in San Francisco, his heart was racing.

Troye dropped his debut album in December -- he wrote it with his friends over the course of a year and a half. It was a very therapeutic experience and whenever something would happen, writing would help him get it off his chest. The album was completely autobiographical.

Troye's favorite song off of the new album is "Heaven." He had never written about his coming out experience before and he feels the song accurately captures how he was feeling at the time. The song was written about all of the questions he had when he realized he might not be straight-Would he have a family? Would he be with someone forever? Would he still become a singer? He's so thankful to be in this position now and wants to let anyone who is out there struggling with something similar, that they are his absolute hero and they will get through it.

When asked by host Alex what Troye misses most about Australia, he said that people are very chill there and he loves that vibe. He also misses the really good coffee.

Host Alex asked Troye how he balances work with his personal life, Troye said that he still doesn't feel famous -- rather that he just has a weird job that feels very cool and surreal. His personal life and work life have truly blended into one-his family even comes on tour with him, making it easy not to feel homesick.

The set list included: "Bite," "For Him," "Fools," "Ease," "Heaven," "Too Good," "Here," "Wild," "Talk Me Down," and "Youth." iHeartRadio Live with Troye Sivan streamed across iHeartMedia radio stations as well as iHeartRadio.com.
