Biography
To describe Alex Nelson's music as emotionally driven and compelling would make him nautious. If you break it down his songs are about the ups and downs of relationships and our internal struggles with things we should have done or said. One would think that someone who spends so much time writing about girls that just didn't like him "that way" would be an extremely miserable person. But really, he isn't. No, really. Alex's live shows are hilariously candid in between songs and he encourages audience members to talk back to him and participate in the show. He then captures the audiences attention with the delivery of the song that goes 100% and pulls you into each moment.
About the dynamics in his performances Alex says "We can't be serious all the time. But we all go through these 'things'. We write a song about it and never really move on."

Interests? Like what? I'm interested in a lot of things. For example, the ratio for the amount of sauce that goes into prepackaged frozen foods. I'm interested in how it is calculated.
