Massey Hall announces Live at Massey Hall: Japandroids, set for Tuesday, October 24 at 8pm. Tickets available at masseyhall.com.

Japandroids' third studio album, Near to the Wild Heart of Life was released on January 27, 2017. The album contains eight songs and was produced by Jesse Gander.

Last month, Massey Hall released Season 3 of Live at Massey Hall, the Toronto music Hall's signature concert and concert film series. Ten new 30-minute, cinematic concert films from Bahamas, Owen Pallett, Peaches, Rheostatics, Tanya Tagaq, Chilly Gonzales, The Weather Station, Alejandra Ribera, Amelia Curran, and The Hidden Cameras are now all streaming for free at liveatmasseyhall.com.

The critically-acclaimed concert and concert film series, Live at Massey Hall, connects viewers with Canada's most influential and captivating music-makers, performers, and artists through signature cinematic 30-minute concert films and high quality full-length audio recordings. The series also introduces new voices and original artists to not only Massey Hall's wide and growing audience base but to music fans around the world, documenting what is often considered a milestone moment in the careers of participating artists. Tickets for the Live at Massey Hall series start at the symbolic price of $18.94, a nod to the year the venue opened.
