HomeVestors Blows the Roof Off Company Records
DALLAS, Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ Franchisee growth for HomeVestors is up for the third straight quarter this year, breaking last quarter's record as the highest ever class enrollment of new franchisees. The Dallas-based company is the largest professional house buying network of independently owned and operated franchisees and the number one buyer of houses in the U.S.
"Sixty-nine new HomeVestors franchises have opened in the past three months, which is a significant increase over last quarter," said HomeVestors' co-president David Hicks, "with 393 franchises a significant milestone which attests to continued strong interest in real estate investment and the opportunity for investors to build a business based on buying, rehabbing and selling houses in today's market."
HomeVestors of America, the We Buy Ugly Houses franchise, was founded and began franchising in 1996. Since then, HomeVestors franchisees have purchased over 50,000 homes nationwide, which is no small feat. Since 1996, the company has added new franchisees in 38 states and 108 markets across the U.S. In October, the company totaled approximately 400 franchises in the HomeVestors system.
