Fitness Tip of the Day: Go Green on St. Patrick's Day

Serve up some green treats on St. Patrick's Day!

Instead of the usual green beer, try sipping on a refreshing green cocktail made of rum, fresh honeydew melon juice, and cucumber. Make deviled eggs with guacamole instead of mayo, or try kale chips, avocado dips, or other green pesto favorites.
