Fit Fathers and Fleet Feet Host Cali Roots Fun Run, 5/27

Fit Fathers, a fathers health education nonprofit and website, and Fleet Feet, Monterey's Saturday Run Crew, are teaming up with California Roots Music and Arts Festival to host their first fun run before the music starts on Saturday, May 27. Come enjoy the beautiful coastal trail while benefitting your health, right before all the festival magic begins.

With all the dancing and moving, it is no secret that festivals can wear down on the body. Thus, the Cali Roots Fun Run hopes to inspire festival goers to nurture their bodies but stillhavegreat time over the weekend. Free drinks, fruit, and oatmeal bar's will be provided to keep runners nourished and ready for the fun-filled day of music ahead.

"We are excited to offer our first ever fun run," states Co-Producer Dan Sheehan. He adds, "Fit Fathers approached us with the idea and with Fleet Feet, we feel this is a great addition to the Cali Roots vibe and look forward to our attendees and community joining in."
