Stiles created Strala in 2008, drawing on her background in classical ballet and choreography, as well as her long-time personal practice in yoga. Strala Yoga is a revolutionary approach to guiding feeling and movement, which gets people radiantly healthy, free, creative, and happy. Stiles grew up in the small town of Morris, Illinois. One of her goals has been to bring yoga to family and friends because she feels that it suitable for all and really helps people. She commented, "Movement is all about feeling good and what feels right for you." In fact, "Strala" is a very positive word meaning "to radiate light" in Swedish.

Stiles philosophy makes her the ideal spokesperson for Lipton Wellness Range teas. The mission of the brand to improve the way people feel complements her work. She commented, "I love that the teas are for everyone, everywhere." Stiles further stated, "The Wellness Range teas are being widely marketed making them easily accessible at a great price point."

Stiles told us that she prefers tea as a beverage. We wondered if she has a favorite selection of the Lipton Wellness Range teas. "I really like them all for different reasons. I drink Daily Defense in the morning because it is a good pick-me-up with a little bit of caffeine."

Tara is also sharing a variety of fun and easy wellness tips that were inspired by each of the new Lipton teas. These wonderfully curated tips can be easily accomplished in the comfort of your home and certainly improve your sense of well-being just as the Lipton Wellness Range teas do.

Quick Wellness Tips from Tara Stiles - Founder & Owner of Strala Yoga

One Thing You Can Do Every Day to Stress Less: Gratitude is a mindset that can be learned. In my Strala classes, I help people tap into a grateful mindset by first guiding them to slow down and soften during the yoga flow. This subtly tunes us into our feelings and helps stretch our perception of time-and I think we all could use a little slowing down in our daily routines.

Try this simple practice first thing when you get into work. You can do it in just 4-6 minutes - the time it takes for your Stress Less herbal supplement to steep. Doing this early will set you up for a fantastic work day.

Sit at your desk or another quiet spot. Stretch a little side to side and sit however you want-as long as you feel comfy. Close your eyes and turn your attention to your breath. Observe your inhales and exhales as they come and go. If you notice yourself thinking, that's OK-just draw your attention back to your breath. Do this for a few moments, relaxing into your breath. Now start to take a mental account of everything you're grateful for in your life. Your list can be long or short; it's up to you (though it may be longer than you think!). After you've finished, come back to your breath for a few moments. When you're ready, gently open your eyes and proceed with your work day.<

One Yoga Pose for Clarity First Thing in the Morning: Living well isn't something that happens with a single yoga class or healthy meal-it's a whole lifestyle-and a journey that is more fun than you think. The more we get involved, the better we feel, and the easier it is to get hooked on making good choices. Like I say in my Strala classes, it's not about the pose, it's about how you feel. Stay in the process of moving easy, with everything you've got, in every direction you can, and you'll go to some pretty amazing places.

One yoga pose will help get your mind focused and your whole body moving along with your breath: the Standing Twist. It takes just a few minutes-it can even be done while your Detox herbal supplement is steeping! Try it first thing in the morning to start your day off right.

Start by standing. Shift your weight onto your right leg. Hug your left shin into your chest. Take a big inhale and lift up. Exhale and twist a bit more toward your left. Hang here for a few long, deep breaths, and then repeat on the other side.

Three Morning Habits for Better Productivity: In Strala yoga, we focus on the process of movement, instead of the yoga pose itself. This helps you not only achieve your goals, but go well beyond them. Focusing only on the pose usually comes with a lot of rigidity and stress. Your potential is beyond one goal or item on a to-do list-and this goes for life as well as yoga.

These daily habits focus on the journey, not the goal, to set you up for amazingly productive and positive days.

1. Take some deep breaths. First thing in the morning, stay in bed, and begin the day with five minutes of easy breathing. Focus on your breath to stay in the moment.

2. Make some "you time." Sit somewhere you feel comfortable and turn off your devices-don't worry, the emails and news will still be there when you're ready. Simply sit and focus on your day, your dreams and your goals.

3. Get moving. Get your blood flowing and your body grooving with a simple yoga flow like this one to keep you charged for the whole day. It can be done in the 4-6 minutes it takes for your herbal supplement to brew. So, steep a cup of Daily Support herbal supplement while you move through this flow, and enjoy it after.?Standing arm reach, Standing forward bend, Low lunge, Up dog, Down dog, Repeat on the second side and repeat the whole flow again a few times

Four Yoga Moves in Four Minutes for Easy Sleeping: Sometimes after a hectic day, it can be hard to unwind. Try this simple routine from the comfort of your own bed to shed stress and drift off to dreamland. You'll feel different every night, so allow yourself to move at your own comfort level with each breath. How you feel is always more important than how the positions look. The routine is designed to be enjoyed, and the better you feel, the more likely you are to keep this healthy habit going.

It takes just a few minutes to move through these four poses-do them while your Bedtime Bliss herbal supplement is steeping.

The Secret Meditation You Can Do While Leaving Work: Yoga practice is much broader than yoga poses alone. Whenever you can take a moment to turn your attention inward is an opportunity to slow down, soften and tune in-walking included!

Walking meditation is a great way to soothe your tummy and reduce stress. You can do this on your way home from work, on the train, or even on the way to the conference room. Take a travel mug of Soothe Your Tummy herbal supplement with you, so you can sip and soothe on-the-go.

As you walk, focus on your breath. Watch your inhales and exhales as they come and go. Pay attention to the sensations in your body as you walk. Start to lengthen and deepen your inhales and exhales as you go, leaving a?little pause at the top and bottom of each inhale and exhale. Make this a daily exercise to cement the habit, and enjoy the benefits!
