Fashion Photo of the Day 11/22/13 - Jena Malone

I had to finish out the week with a picture from the New York screening of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I am so excited that the movie has finally opened! After so much press - and so much fashion it's about time. Jena Malone opted for a chic vinatge look by Valentino with a rocker twist. Not many women could pull off the delicate balance between sweet and edgy, feminine and tough. But Malone succeeded with flying colors.

The silvery gray color of the dress accented by the white color is beyond chic to me. And then in a stroke of genius, Malone did not live in the retro period of the dress but instead went bold with her makeup and sleek with her hair. Her overall look is super high fashion and confident. I only wish she had worn a more delicate shoe. I like the gray pump but I would have also loved a clear, cap toe pump or something not quite as heavy. But I an nit picking - Malone looks amazing!
