Despite receiving millions of calls and emails to shut it down, Maxwell Arts Group and Comix Comedy Club is still presenting Epic Fail: Broadway's Future Flops on Sunday December 5th at 7pm and complete casting has been announced.

The night of new music from bad ideas will be hosted by blogging sensation Randy Rainbow.

The cast will feature Janice Landry, Lauren Lopez (A Very Potter Musical), Michael Sutherland, Ashley Griffin, Carly Sakolove, John Scacchetti, Evan Jay Newman (Les Miz), Brik Olson, Jack Holahan, Dayna Grayber, Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys) and Constantine Rousouli (Hairspray).

Epic Fail is a new semi-regular comedy concert which was originally going to showcase brilliant new musical numbers written by some of today and tomorrow's superstar composers however, all of these so-called composers had some terrible ideas for new musicals (that the producers may have chosen for them) and had to be stopped. But, rather than wasting the songs they had already written, the decision was made to throw all the songs together and produce a concert!

Who hasn't been begging for Forrest Gump: A Musical Spectacular?  or perhaps Mommie Dearest: The Musical is more your style? Arthur Miller's Crucible the Musical?  Songs from these hopefully-never-to-be-seen musicals and more will be sung live!

Featuring great new music by Will Van Dyke and Josh Holloway, Brent Black (I'll Be Damned), Nick Messitte (Get GOT), Seth Bisen-Hersh, Ashley Griffin, Rachel Bloom, Ellen Greenfield and Brad Ross (Little by Little) Michael Sutherland, David John Madore, Josh Schmidt (The Adding Machine).

The director is Marc Eardley and the musical director is David John Madore.

The concert is Sunday, December 5th at 7pm sharp at Comix Comedy Club which is located at 353 West 14th St.

Tickets, priced at $15 w/ a two drink minimum, can be purchased here: http://comixny.com/event.aspx?eid=862&sid=3104  or by calling the Comix box office at 212-524-2500. Proceeds benefit The Maxwell Arts Group, a 501c3 pending non-profit.
