Joe Zimmerman Set for Comedy Works Larimer Square, 7/2-6

New York City-based comedian Joe Zimmerman is praised for his accessible style of comedy that combines absurdity with a fun loving demeanor.

Most recently, Joe released his debut album, Smiling at Wolves. The album reached #2 on the iTunes Comedy charts and was met with positive critical reviews. In addition to making his Comedy Central debut on John Oliver's New York Stand Up Show, Joe was one of the prestigious comedians selected to film a Comedy Central Half Hour stand-up special in 2014. He made his late night debut on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and has performed on Nickelodeon's NickMom Night Out, as well as appeared on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show. Joe was even chosen as one of the acclaimed New Faces at Just For Laughs Montreal.

Joe has been personally selected by Ricky Gervais as a Conan contest finalist and can be heard regularly on SiriusXM and Pandora. He is an original member of the Beards of Comedy, along with fellow comedians Andy Sandford, TJ Young and Dave Stone. The Beards released two albums and had a web series titled Beards Across America MSN, which amassed more than a million views.
