ImprovBoston Hits High Note with Visit from Opera Singer Hailey Fuqua
Coloratura Soprano Hailey Fuqua is coming to ImprovBoston for the theater's weekly Spotlight Series, which highlights the stories and works of Boston area VIPs.
ImprovBoston's seasoned Mainstage cast will invite the opera singer on stage to tell a few stories and perhaps sing a few notes to inspire a series of hilarious scenes and improv games.
Fuqua has recently been praised by the Bay Area Reporter and San Francisco Classical Voice for her "gorgeous tone...who reached the high notes in her coloraturas with enviable ease and precision." Based in Boston, MA she specializes in Baroque and Classical opera and oratorios.
Mainstage Spotlight Series, Featuring Hailey Fuqua starts Thursday, April 28th at 7:30PM. Tickets are $18, $14 students at the door and available online at improvboston.com.
