Francesca Capetta to Star in New Musical LA DOTTORESSA

Francesca Capetta, who just performed at Carnegie Hall in her sold-out solo show "Francesca Capetta sings Dean Martin: A Centennial Celebration" with Tony Winner Liliane Montevecchi and cabaret singer Stacy Sullivan, will be starring in the leading role of the new musical about Maria Montessori "La Dottoressa."

The musical, written and composed by Emmy Award-winning composer Matty Selman, will take place at Lincoln Center on October 20, 2017.

Ms. Capetta will be also performing at the Columbus Day Parade on October 9th. The performance will be broadcast by ABC (Usa) and RAI (Italy).

Francesca Capetta has performed in musicals and cabarets all around the world. Her show "Broadway and Jazz" premiered in Italy in March 2017 and has been showcased in Hong Kong in June 2017. In The US she starred in leading roles for the Musicals "Evergreen" (Queens Theater in the Park), "Ziegfeld Midnight Frolic" (Broadway Liberty Theater), "Bloody Beginning"(The Waylin) and in many concerts and cabaret shows at the Town Hall and Feinstein's/54 Below.
