Staten Island Children's Museum to Host STEM Carnival, 6/7

The Staten Island Children's Museum is once again presenting their Carnival & Science Spectacular fundraiser featuring traditional carnival games and rides, demonstrations and live entertainment, all with an eye toward the science, technology, engineering and math behind the excitement. Our belief at the Staten Island Children's Museum has always been that children learn best through playing, touching, imagining and doing.

Children and families will enjoy interactive robotics demonstrations by Staten Island Technical High School students, Lego engineering by students from St. Clare's, a solar powered car from Tottenville High, cool science experiments with Wagner College, 3-D printing with Staten Island Makerspace, the Science of the Circus with real professionally trained clowns, live music from Patrick & the Rock-a-Silly Band, and much more.

When: Saturday, June 7 from 1- 4 p.m. (SICM Members admitted at noon) rain date June 8
