This must have been the one that got the comedy gene.
"They were America's favorite couple - charming the country on screen and off - but Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz may have been hiding a secret so scandalous, it would have shattered their public image.
Cassandria Lucianna Carlson, 38, believes that she is the legendary comic couple's granddaughter - and that her mother was adopted in 1947 for fear that a baby would derail Ball's plans for stardom."
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
Looking at the photo of the alleged daughter, I couldn't see it, but looking at the alleged grandaughter, the eye and mouth shape look very similar to Lucy's to me. If this were true, surely Lucy wouldn't have left these people wanting?
The great thing with human brains is they're fanless, nice and quiet although I'm sure mine whistles a bit sometimes.
Well, I for one am not buying it and even if it's true, it should not keep Lucy from seeking the Vice Presidency on any ticket. Being deceased could be problematic, though.
Interesting that the mother's name on the birth certificate was Helen Barnes. If I remember correctly, that was the name of a character in an episode of "I Love Lucy" where Lucy can't find her birth certificate and calls an old friend from Jamestown who's name was Helen Barnes. hhmmmmmmm
The only review of a show that matters is your own.
All I can find is a synopsis that says her name was Helen Kaiser but I remember she was married to a guy who wouldn't let her sign Lucy's affadavit. For some reason, the name Barnes sounds familiar so it could have been her maiden name.

When Lucy remembered Helen's name, it was Helen Erickson. She couldn't recall her new husband's name until Fred walked in and something set off Lucy to remember "Kaiser." The reason Helen's husband wouldn't let her sign the affadavit is because Lucy said that Helen used to babysit for her in Jamestown, making Helen older than Lucy. Since Helen lied about her age to her husband, when she wanted to sign her husband wouldn't let her; he said that she would be telling a lie because she couldn't possibly babysit if she was younger than Lucy.
Acting should be bigger than life. Scripts should be bigger than life. It should all be bigger than life.- Bette Davis
Thank you for taking time to post your views on my mother's story.
While, I know it is complicated to understand, I am thankful that so many of you have open minds and understand that every human being is just that…human.
I have a web page that was created recently with photos of my children who would be third generation to my alleged grandparents. Please visit and learn more about me: www.myspace.com/cassandriac
