Since my 39th birthday (7/5) lands in the middle of the long 4th of July weekend, I decided to celebrate it this year doing what I love the most... going to Broadway shows. And, what better present to give myself than the gift of Cheyenne and Patti. I'm seeing both of them on my birthday. I wish I could give Cheyenne to myself as a present. That would definitely be the gift that keeps on giving.

Anyway, I have begun my countdown... I leave work in 1 hour. I have to drop my dog off for boarding and then head to the airport for a 2:00 flight. If anyone happens to see me around town or at any of the shows, please say "hello." I love meeting new people.

Happy birthday. I try and see a show on my birthday but since it's in the dead of winter it's kinda hard to...LOL.

On my last birthday, one of my best friends happened to be in New York from Virginia, and we went to see AUGUST together. I saw her again last month and we were still going, "Where's the meat?!" and "Eat the fish!"

I saw All Shook Up in Long Beach for my birthday this year. I can't think of any better what to spend it. In a darkened theatre while pure magic unfolds on stage in front of you.
