Ok so for auditions that usually require two 1 minute contrasting monologues I've been told to stray away from all the Neil Simon Brighton Beach Memoirs junk........ any really incredible show stoppers you all can suggest?
Since you don't tell us your age, type, or training - I suggest you get a coach ASAP to help you. What exactly are you auditioning for? Do material that is focused and suitable for that particular audition. I am a director and I'm impressed when an actor prepares for the audition as best as they can. I know this sounds obvious but read the play and learn as much as you can about the writer, director and producer. Break a leg!
