I agree with everything! we are on the same channel of Tony Nominations predix!
Perfect! though whether you & I like it or not- GREASE will be nominated by default!
These are my predictions too! Musical - A Catered Affair, In the Heights, Passing Strange, Xanadu Revival - Gypsy, South Pacific, Sunday in the Park with George Play - The 39 Steps, August: Osage County, The Seafarer, RocknRoll Play Revival - Boeing-Boeing, Cyrano de Bergerac, The Homecoming, Macbeth
Is this a wish list, or an actual realistic set of predictions of who you actually think is going to seriously be nominated?
I don't even know who Coleman Domingo is.

As much as it pains us all, Grease will be nominated for Best Revival. They have to fill out the category- they tried to not do this a few years ago with that Threepenny Opera revival, and the administration committee ruled that you had to fill the category if there were enough eligible shows.
I want Robin DeJesus to not only be nominated but to WIN!! So I hope you are wrong in that category; I don't see Coleman Domingo getting a nomination. Otherwise, I think these nominations are pretty accurate, in some cases unfortunately. I hated hated hated Passing Strange! And I mildly disliked A Catered Affair.
I also really hope Kate Fleetwood gets a tony for her lady Macbeth - she was extraordinary!! (:
If it's any consolation, buddharich, word is that most of the Nominating Committee left PASSING STRANGE at intermission.

I think you're pretty close, I'm just wondering if everyone in Boeing-Boeing is featured. Also, Kate Fleetwood's billing is probably going to be make or break for the Featured Actress category. Am I right in assuming that for her to be considering in the Leading category she would have to be petitioned for it, because everyone in Macbeth is below the title? The only other thing I'm not sure of is the set nomination for Passing Strange. There wasn't really much of a set, it was the lighting design that did much of the work. I can see Young Frankenstein possibly getting that fourth slot otherwise. We'll also have to see following the reviews for Top Girls how Plimpton and Marvel fair. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Alison Pill, but it's probably just a pipe dream.
Gosh I hope it isn't true that the Nom. Comm. left at intermission. It just seems so wrong.
(Mind you, this isn't about PS in particular as I won't get to see it until August and have no opinions about it. Just in generalities.)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
My source is pretty credible. But this was at the final preview. Perhaps they had a change of heart after all of the positive reviews came out. Then again, the Outer Critics Circle only nominated PS for Best Score. That could be the case with the Tony Nominations.

I'm sorry to correct again, but as long as there are enough eligible revivals, they HAVE to nominate them. Sure, Grease sucks, but it gets nominated by default. Sort of like Starmites. They're not going to go out of their way to make sure a show doesn't get nominated, and I'm sure a performance by the cast will pump up the telecast ratings a little bit.
YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN will get a set nomination over PASSING STRANGE. And I think Andrea Martin will get a nod over Mullally. But besides that I pretty much agree..
