who would you pick?
I don't particularly like jukebox musicals most of the time, but I just thought this could be fun.
I'm kind of thinking The Smiths... maybe, probably wouldn't be done well if it actually happened.

Aqua. You know, of "Barbie Girl" fame. I'm obsessed and have always found their music very theatrical.
I don't want a jukebox musical, but I wish Ben Folds would compose an original.

Aerosmith would be fun, and would probably work very well. They have SO much to choose from.
I kind of want Ben Folds to compose a musical based on "Steven's Last Night In Town." It'd be brilliant, I tell you.

I know there have been a few readings with her music but I'd like someone to do a Laura Nyro jukebox musical. Or just get me a big chorus singing "Time and Love" with some tamborines and I'll be fine.

I definitely agree with Madonna, Prince & The Smiths. Also:

Bruce Springsteen (but hopefully not like the Dylan musical!). I always thought that "Jungleland" sounded like a great opening to a Broadway musical.
Talking Heads - that would be the best!
