I went to get a pair in the front row for my birthday (A Tuesday night in July). Apparently they are holding all tickets within the front 4 rows of the center Orch for premium seats and house seats. Because of that, I didn't end up getting my tickets yet... 
I know it sounds silly, but my tradition for the past 2 years is seeing a Patti show from the front row for my birthday, so it has a special meaning to me and the whole situation has sort of rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, Tuesdays are not that popular of a night as it is and it strikes me as a bit greedy.
Here's hoping they release them sometime soon so I can have a happy birthday!
