I seached the board and didn't find anything so.....has anyone heard anything about the touring production of Fiddler that will be in Edinburgh in April? Good reviews, bad reviews, anything?
Am debating if we should go.

'Fiddler' plays its only Scottish date so far booked at Kings Theatre GLASGOW, the week of Aug 18th.

Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'
Im sorry, i read the request month as August not April. Hope you enjoy it if you get to see it.

This wont be the best production you will see. Promise.

Tommy -its a different production. Its not the one thats in town now! The Shefield Crucible production was raved about by everyone and thats why its been extended by 9 months more than its original run. The touring one will bare no resemblance to the show you saw. UK Productions seem to get the shows but their production values are known to be almost nil.

well...we got tickets for Half a Sixpence, as I really, REALLY didn't want to see Fiddler again, and I've never seen the other......although my partner saw it on Broadway in the 1960's
