THE LITTLE MERMAID - Abridged |
Wow. Brilliant.
"Winning a Tony this year is like winning Best Attendance in third grade: no one will care but the winner and their mom."
-Kad
"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

That was hysterical.
Loved all the lyric parodies.

"Oh look at the time, three more intelligent plays just closed and THE ADDAMS FAMILY made another million dollars" -Jackie Hoffman, Broadway.com Audience Awards
Aw yeah! Bring it!
And he brought it. It's too bad that the new rules stop us from quoting any of the good parts.

So hilarious! I hate to be the one who nitpicks, but wasn't Freeman, not Korbich the voice of Jafar?
I was just coming to post that same thing. Jonathan Freeman, the Very Very English Guy, was indeed Jafar, not Eddie Korbich.
"Your lyrics lack subtlety! You can't just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!"
Maybe someone should e-mail him about the Jafar thing.
Eugh. Imagine Eddie as the voice of Jafar. That would be weird.

That just made my life!
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.
I love the 63 pounds part.
Hilarious, and so true.

"You drank a charm to kill John Proctor's wife! You drank a charm to kill Goody Proctor!" - Betty Parris to Abigail Williams in Arthur Miller's The Crucible
This was the best one yet! I just about died of laughter when I read it.
"Wishes come true, not free..."
I can only wait to see what Frankie Zambello will do with "Little House on the Prairie". I'd hate to see her "concept" for that...
"It does what a musical is supposed to do; it takes you to another world. And it gives you a little tune to carry in your head. Something to take you away from the dreary horrors of the real world. A little something for when you're feeling blue. You know?"
