Newman is a total standout in this show. A real ball of laughs. He has movie star looks, but I hope he sticks with theatre. I can really see him in a leading role.
I saw him in the Off-Broadway jukebox musical ALMOST HEAVEN a couple years ago, before CURTAINS, and his voice was fantastic.
I'm completely enamored by this company. I think they're such a fantastic team.

I am so in love with this entire cast. They are amazing.
Who doesn't love Karen Ziemba?! She is one of my favorite parts of the show.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife
I really wanted to see this show and really wanted to see Ms. Ziemba. I knew she was out but I figured I would try to see her when I was in NYC again so I grabbed a ticket.
Each time I've stagedoored, KZ has been chatty and very friendly, but then I find this to be true with this entire cast. The Curtains' performers are some of the friendliest I've had the pleasure to meet. They are truly a charming group.
I really don't think people dislike KZ (in performance). I think people disagree that she's a triple threat, which is utter nonsense (IMO). But not like her - I can't imagine not liking this exceptionally talented lady!
Karen willfully posed for a pic with me at the stage door and was SO super nice to me talking for quite some time. i can't believe she still had a breath after the performance she delivers in that show! the woman definitely can dance
I also thought there was a noticeable lack of Noah.

I have to echo some of the other sentiments in this thread. I love the whole cast of CURTAINS, especially Karen Ziemba. And I definitely think of her as a triple-threat. One of those performers that I'd drop almost anything to go see.
I love Edward but his face looks kinda warped at the chin, but he is still adorable

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree. ~Dirty Rotten Scoundrels~
There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel. ~Curtains~
It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known. ~A Tale of Two Cities ~
