My friend just gave me an actual copy of the motion picture soundtrack of Sweeney Todd! Thought I might tell everyone that it is sounding good!
I'm seeing the movie tomorrow! I really can't wait. I'll let everyone know what I thought.

Firstly, the soundtrack is released on the 18th.
Secondly, the movie isn't released until the 21st.

Ever hear of early releases? Press screenings?
PLENTY of people here have seen the movie already. There's really no reason to assume this person is lying. Bragging, maybe. Lying, likely not.

I wonder why so many always jump to their own interpretation and not read a few lines here written because of sheer childlike excitement of being given a toy or being promised to see a cartoon movie?

Thanks for all your support everyone.
As a matter of fact, I have a friend at school who has WAY too many connections and is able to get us into any movie weeks before they come out. I was able to see Sweeney Todd last week but was unable to make it. Therefore, I am going to the second advanced screening tonight. Yes, I speak the truth!
Also, through this same friend of mine, I was able to get an advanced copy of the soundtrack. I don't really understand why I would make something up like this...

I believe the soundtrack CD has already been released in Europe. A friend of mine in Paris got it earlier this week and I just downloaded it from him. I won't listen to it until AFTER I've seen the film, though.

Well, I'M waiting.
I have the entire 2-CD waiting patiently. I won't listen to any of it until AFTER I've seen the film.
I've learned from the past -- wait until AFTER you see whatever (show or film) before listening to the soundtrack or cast recording.

If it's a show (or movie, I guess), that I don't know the music to, I almost always wait. I have a hard time getting into things I haven't yet seen, and I also just think I have a better appreciation of it after I've seen it. But since I already know Sweeney, I don't feel so bad giving in to my lack of patience.
