Okay, I've read this twice now and keep saying to myself I MUST be missing something here. Only Angelina Jolie and her brother can top this!
Hard-core "Grey's" fans have unearthed a 1997 B-movie, "Kickboxing Academy," that Leigh made when she was just 15. In it, the actress' love interest is played by her real-life brother, Christopher Khayman Lee. And yes, there are kissing scenes. Couple of 'em.
(What? You don't remember Christopher as the red ranger in "Power Rangers in Space"?)
The sibling snogfest seems to have been uncovered first by "Praise Anatomy," a highly entertaining fan vlog about the show. You can check out the clip under the YouTube user "TeamAtrox."

Yes, my Angelina kissed her brother on the lips. It's been spun over the years as if it were a make out session and it wasn't. Chyler Leigh, however, MADE OUT with her brother on film with multiple takes. It was pre-planned and they were both cast in the roles. That beats the Angie thing hands down.
Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!
If this is what it takes for them to kick her off the show, then by all means let's condemn this. I couldn't care less but she's so incredibly bland and boring in GREY'S that I just want her gone, with so many great TV actresses out there (she's the only weak link in the rather impeccable female cast of the show) what in the world made them cast her opposite pros like Pompei, Oh, and Wilson. Fortunately we got Brooke Smith as a regular this season too which shows Shonda just had a lapse when Leigh got cast.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"
I didn't realize Chyler was the lead from Not Another Teen Movie. The character on Grey's is supposed to be very intelligent, apparently. (She's a 24 year old intern. She had to have graduated from SOMEthing at least 2 years early.) I haven't seen any sign of it. I don't like the actress. I don't like the character.

I remember Christopher VERY WELL as Andros in Power Rangers in Space. I watched that show religious for 13 years...oh the memories...
I did watch the movie and gotta say...it was pretty disturbing watching a brother and sister make out on screen. But hey if they're that professional to even agree to doing something like that, more power to them.
This situation briefly occured in Thoroughly Modern Millie's workshopd in California. Hunter Foster was then cast as Jimmy when Sutton went from undrstudy to permanent lead. But @ least they had the sense to realize that audience would not be enjoying a sibling lovefest and Hunter graciously stepped down. Still I have had performers say that an actor is an actor ya do the show the way its wrote w whoever yer opposite. But I think they're kinkier than a cheap garden hose so it doesn't matter!
<--- the set of A Midsummer Night's Dream that I was assistant stage manager for during the 2007 season at the STNJ outdoor stage.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree. ~Dirty Rotten Scoundrels~
There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel. ~Curtains~
It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known. ~A Tale of Two Cities ~
I've been horrified by this all day. I think I've decided that if being an actor meant I had to make out with my brother, I would start looking for another career path.
"Pros like Pompeo"? The woman is so bland to watch and Meredith has always been the weakest character on the show. Not that I like this new girl, but she's not sullying a cast of solidly brilliant actors.
