Hey, Has anyone used Goldstar before. I never heard about it till tonight and are thinking of buying tickets with it. Is it reliable?

Does anyone have any first hand stories?

Thanks in advance,

I've only used it for events in the San Francisco area, but they're very good and very reliable.

I've used it several times for events in San Francisco and Los Angeles and have never had any problems.

I signed up with Goldstar when I heard they were offering FREE tickets to off-Bway's "Don't Quit Your Night Job" over the summer. When I arrived to the theatre, my tickets were there.

A free night of "DQYNJ"...no complaints here!

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Very reliable, and NO FEE! I've seen Opera, Bway, Off-Bway, gone on day cruises, comedy clubs, etc. in NYC. FREE or low cost tix!

I've used it many times in L.A. and have never had a problem.

It's not fee free here for tix..but no membership fees.

Add another voice from the LA area. Used them many times, and never had a problem. Not once. And got some pretty good seats, I might add!

I'll vouch for them in the NYC area. They have some service fees, but no membership fees, and paying only $3-$8 for off-Broadway shows in the past (with decent seats!) has been awesome. I've used them for non-theater events too and never had a problem.
