I don't understand texting during a show at all. You don't spend 25-300 dollars to text someone. If you're bored. DEAL!Experiance life! You do not need to be entertained all the time.

texting during a show is just...inexcusable.

My father is addicted to his blackberry, and whenever my family goes out to dinner, he is on it 75% of the time. But even he refrains during a performance because he is, you know, watching it?

Last time I was at Rent a ton of people whipped out their phones during One Song Glory. Incredibly distracting.
