Posted: 10/21/07 at 12:58amI'm planning on getting my headshots taken soon, but I have one concern. One of my two front teeth is discolored (it's mostly yellow as a result from a high fever I had as a baby) and I'm worried that it will stick out too much. Should I try to get it fixed before I get my headshots or just not worry about it?

Posted: 10/21/07 at 1:16amIts 2007; that kind of blemish, if your photographer uses a digital camera (and most do, these days), can be easily fixed in Photoshop before you print your head shot.

Get it fixed. You should always look like your headshot.
Also, the blemish will prevent you from getting TV, Print or Film work.
Remember, you are the product you are trying to sell. Make the packaging appealing...

Posted: 10/22/07 at 10:40pmYeah, get it fixed. It's not gonna look good if you have a perfectly white smile on picture, but then a yellow tooth when you go in for the audition.
