Posted: 2/22/07 at 8:04amSince The Light in the Piazza closed, I thought Laura would join the tour, but noticed her name is not in the credits on the tour website - anyone have any ideas what she's doing these days? She is one of the most talented women I know, and I hope her career just keeps climbing higher and higher.
"I don't really get the ending,all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang,and later she kissed him on the toilet,after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung,and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen,and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady?Please help me,thank u very much!"

She was with the tour until several weeks ago--- when after having been with the show for about two years (including the New York run), she decided to move on.
And she has just been nominated for her role of "Franca" for a Helen Hayes Award (Washington, D.C. theater awards) - as have Christine Andreas, Elena Shaddow, and David Burnham for their roles in the show.

Posted: 2/22/07 at 11:08amThere was a fairly large turnover in the tour cast last month and Laura was one who chose to leave. Another major cast member is leaving towards the end of next month as well...(about to be announced).
