During "Dancing Through Life" when Nessa says "Try to understand." and Elphaba sings "I do." It sounds fantastic.
Drowsy Chaperone...the characters quirks even work on the cd!! and beth level...love her
Now all I see are cute boys with short haircuts in a maze of their own...
At the end of one of the songs in Urinetown (maybe What is Urinetown? I'm not sure) theres a bunch of wind instruments playing a minor chord over and over again, and all of a sudden out of nowhere the chord turns major for one note and its really funny =D
And tons more that I can't think of right now.

One that instantly comes to my mind is on the SIDE SHOW cast album, in "Who WIll Love Me As I Am?" when Emily Skinner sings "Send me flowers or a telegram" in the last chorus of the song. Chills everytime!

In the Jersey Boys album, Nick Massi (played by the fab J.Robert Spencer) says "You sell a hundered-million records and see how you handle it."
I just love it when he says it. I'm not quite sure why, though.

Diahann Caroll's voice giving out on the last notes of the song "I Never Has Seen Snow" on the cast album of HOUSE OF FLOWERS and the composer, Howard Arlen, filling in for her in falsetto.
I ask in all honesty/What would life be?/Without a song and a dance, what are we?/So I say "Thank you for the music/For giving it to me."
* Deven May's last "for me" in Apology to A Cow -- BAT BOY
* The huge orchestra/"ooh-ahh" swell into the last bit of chorus singing in New Music -- RAGTIME
* The washing machine, the way she sings her vocals under Caroline in the opening song -- CAROLINE, or CHANGE
just a few.

"And I wash my hands of every useful crime,
Defy them all, God will give me time,
and you will leave me blind..."
I need a moment to breathe after that. Love Jane Eyre.
Edit: And speaking of "New Music" from Ragtime-
"Sarah come down to me!" - THAT moment made me a Brian Stokes Mitchell fan for life!

In LitP, the last note of "Aiutami" when someone (don't know if it's Patti or Sarah) slides up to some insane high note.
Paint, INDEED!
That show as a whole. Just, yes. Chills.
Also! From ELEGIES,
when the mother and Michael begin singing together in "14 Dwight Ave"

"Mother you know nothing of them, and I'm not expecting you to find solutions...just be my mom..."
That part of Bare is gorgeous.

I'll second that.

Jeff Mylett's high note, "We Beseech Thee," original Godspell cast recording.
In A CHORUS LINE:
(OBC)
Val: "How do you go through high school without growin' TITS?!"
I just love the way she growls "TITS."
And during "Gimme the Ball," I love the way Richie sings "And I thought, ****. SHIIIIIIIIIIITTT."

on the Little Women CD, Maureen McGovern singing Days of Plenty..."she'll be part of your days you've yet to fill."
I fourth (?) Ragtime, and will add on his "Sarah, where did you go..." I practically had an orgasm listening to that.
Alan Cumming's "Life is beautiful...the girls are beautiful..." in Cabaret.
The end of "Who Loves You" from Jersey Boys, I LOVE that note.

Elphaba, it is Sarah that hits the insane high note.
Basically the entirety of "Love to Me" from Piazza.
In Lippa's Wild Party: "People die......and parties fail." Chills. I'm sure there are more. When I'm really thinking about it, I'll be back.

...Just kidding. I'd never cut anyone." -Tina Maddigan, 9/30/06, WS stage door

The moment in "I'm Still Hurting" from L5Y when the piano gives way to the strings. Gets me every time.
On the new Chorus Line CD- "The don't have bobsleds in San Juan". I just love the way she says that.
and on The Last Five Years- the last "Goodbye" by both Jaime and Cathy. Always makes me want to cry.

A Chorus Line, original Broadway cast, "At The Ballet":
[MAGGIE]
It was an Indian chief and he'd say:
"Maggie, do you wanna dance?"
And I'd say, "Daddy, I would love to..."
(I'm melting...)
