do you ever find yourself doing a double take, like "wait is that....oh nevermind"
once I was convinced I saw Marin Mazzie on a motercycle, and that same night i had a waiter that looked EXCACTLY like adam pascal, it was killing me all through dinner. Also my spanish teacher looks so much like Jose Lana, it's so weird me and my friend can barely look at him with out cracking up, you can't help but get some visuals from chips special song.

I've got a co-worker with me at Hollister that looks identical to Cheyenne Jackson, albeit slightly younger. Cheyenne's got that muscle thing going on, and he's a little more gawky. Still, I swear, every time I see him from the back and need to call him, my first instinct makes me want to yell, "Cheyenne!"

Also, there's a girl who looks strikingly similar to Daphne Rubin-Vega. She's not very pretty.

I was just going to make a thread like this! The reason--there is a kid who goes to my college who looks almost exactly like John Lloyd Young. He's even on the shorter side.

Arghh! Grammar pet peeve #1: your vs you're. "Your" is a possessive pronoun. "You're" is the contraction of "you are." <<

I really thought I'd seen Corine at Le Cirque the other night but it turned out to be Monica Lewinsky.

there is a Meteorologist here in metro-detroit who's name is Shay Ryan, I believe she is on channel 7, and she could be a dead ringer for Marin Mazzie. I have to do double takes every time I see her. Also a guest choreographer I just had in one of my classes looked slightly like a shorter Stephanie J. Block.

Haha. My old physics teacher could be Michael Cerveris's brother.... probably because they both have shaved heads.

The director of the school musical my child participated in looks EXACTLY like Shoshana Bean. However, when she sings, she sounds nothing like her.

There's also a new falculty member at my school (I have no idea what her job is) and every time I see there I do a double take, because I keep thinking she's Angela Lansbury.

There's a lot I am not certain of...

It's hard not to think you see Broadway people on the subway, actually.

I haven't had the oppertunity to bump into any Broadway look-a likes yet. Maybe someday. Speaking of which, this may be a little off the topic here, I notice that there is a thread missing here. Was the thread about someone asking if Roundabout was Anti-Chirstian removed? Just out of curiousity

I never really thought of it at the time, but the stage door guy at Jersey Boys looks alot like Jesse L. Martin.

A couple of days ago I was walking around my college and I saw from a distance this guy who looked like J.Robert Spencer, but as he got closer I realized he didn't.

this happens a lot- not really to me, but my sister, mostly, where she'll be like, "Omg, is that so-and-so?" and i will pause, look at the person, and always say "no". this usually happens out on the street, near a theatre, or around the stage door area. yeah.

i wonder if my sister has ever been right...

I go to as many shows as possible so I'm familiar with what a lot of the Broadway actors look like, and it's always fun to keep an eye out for them...
I was on the subway this past Friday and kept thinking the girl sitting across from me looked exactly like Alison Pill (Lieutenant of Inishmore). We got off at the same subway stop and I watched her walk into the theatre's stage door - turns out it WAS Alison Pill!
Oooh - fun side note...about a year ago I was on the subway with an out-of-town friend and we were talking about how excited we were that we were seeing Wicked that night. And then who should get onto the train but Shoshana Bean and Marty Thomas, on their way to the theatre for their call. Let's just say it totally made our night...
