Little Shop Question#0
Posted: 2/26/06 at 11:27am
I was looking for the music for the Broadway show, but could only find vocal selections from the movie. Anyway, does anyone know what key Suddenly Seamore is sung in the Broadway version? Is it the same key?
Thanks!

There in the same key. I'm not sure which key its in...but the note "don't have to pre-TEND" and "don't condi-SEND" and "showed me I CAN" is a C sharp.

Just listening to it, I think that the show version is much higher. Rick Moranis sings much lower than Hunter, who has a really nice belt to him.
