Help Needed-Broadway Outreach Program#0

A few months ago, I saw a video (I don't recall which site it was on), which talked about an outreach program where pared-down versions of classic Broadway shows were taken to lower-income middle schools. The performers are all young and I believe they recieve their equity cards through this program. Does anyone know the name of this organization? In the video they discussed a production of "On The Town" If anyone knows which organization this is, or knows of any similar to it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for replying, but I don't think MTI is what I'm looking for. The shows are performed by adults (by "young" I meant 20s), for kids. It is actually a specific organization which travels to schools. Thanks.
