I went to the Great American Trailer park Pageant today and did not even break the top three! Man!! I worked so hard on my song and Cheez Whiz demonstration. But Jerry Springer said I have talent and The Naked Cowboy told me "good job, man". (swoon). So I guess I should be proud. The girl who won first totally deserved it. Way to go with the baton twirling!
Why thank you!! I forgot some of my lyrics hence the somewhat abrupt ending. I was also worried they were going to cut me off so I was already considering ending soon. But I didn't get to my "money notes"! What did you think of the second place finisher?
I gotta tell you she cracked me up. I was hoping the girl who came in third would have won because that "Bitch, I stole yo' purse" song had me in tears it was so funny.
I liked the baton twirler. And how great that she actually had a costume change for the crowning? That was too funny. I liked the girl who played the harmonica too. Any other faves of yours?
Hmmm. Other favorites would be (and I hate to admit this) the pregnant 12 year olds singing Britney Spears and the girl at the very end. Her boyfriend was incredibly hot and ripped his shirt open in the audience during her song.
That girl at the end seemed like she had a good idea that did not go over well. The audience by that point was pretty much over it. And what about that judge from Guiding Light? She seemed clueless. She needs to have a chat with her agent.
She was very out of place there. Even Musto didn't seem to really be enjoying himself. At least Jerry had a good time. But than again I guess he's used to handling situations like those...
Hi, I was there! I posted on the off topic board about your act. I thought it was very good, and you can sing! The judges seemed to enjoy it, although they rarely cracked a smile throughout the show. Except for Mustos comments, the judges were a real yawn. Too bad they couldn't have come up with some more interesting folks. Jerry Springer was a trouper and was pretty funny at times. I had fun watching and I hope you had a great time as well.
