Maybe the rest of the cast will start sending PM's to other people on the board to get them to talk about it more, Lest we forget !
:)
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

Well, there is always the DVD... and Anthony's book is coming out soon. I know that after I see it there will be a period of trjfgne;ijrkgbvenofg rokjlr fd!!!! (all Rentheads get what I mean...)Then there will be the sadness that it's all over... then seeing it 800000 more times. Lol. Okay, in all seriousness, there may not be as many posts on Rent after the movie buzz dies down, but don't think we fans will just forget about it and obsess over something new- once you are touched by Rent you can never go back.
What everyone has been saying and hopefully also the newbies who are asking newbie type questions about Rent will start looking at other posts about otehr shows and get hooked to Broadway...that would be awesome
oh and "The Coming Of Anthony Rapp (also known as God)"
That will continue forever because Anthony is just so...Anthony!
I wish it will bring positive exposure to the play and more people will go out and see the play, not just being content with the movie. I know that I am a newbie fan of the play and I became interested in the play because of the movie coming out.
What good is a life,
With no one to share,
The light of the moon,
The honor of a swear?
I didnt say I was excited about them asking newbie questions, I am excited that they may look at other posts and get introduced to other musicals...it can just take one to get people interested!
Exactly! Here in Ohio I didn't get any exposure to the wonderful world that is Broadway until my junior year of high school. Then I took a theatre class and was introduced to Rent and Wicked. (No, I didn't like Wicked because of the hype... I liked it because my sister had read the book and I went out and read the book and loved it. But that's besides the point.) And then through learning about the actors in those two shows I was introduced to more and more shows and more and more actors... I think it should be an exciting thing for Broadway!
