OMG..I listened to it on my way into work this morning! Was going to see if anyone else likes it as much as I do. Didnt see the show, but I think the score is very good and funny. I cant believe how good Adrian Zmed is...I definitely recommend it.
"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."
You must get it! It is a hoot!!! I'm actually working with a producer on attaining the rights to do it next season with me as Raoul so, hopefully it will pan out. It is of course based on the film with some pretty fun and catchy tunes with my favorite being "Hot Monkey Love."
"For me, THEATRE is an anticipation, an artistic rush, an emotional banquet, a jubilant appreciation, and an exit hopeful of clearer thought and better worlds."

I LOVE the woman who plays Donna the Dominatrix, and others...and I always love Eddie Korbich.

Best number in the show, though, was "Momma Said". But it had the visual of tall, muscular, M.W. Reid in a bright, yellow Ginger Rogers dress. Premise is that he shows up at Mary and Paul's door for a "Fred and Ginger" sexual fantasy, only to find Mary dressed in a similar gown. "I'm ALWAYS Ginger on these occasions," he says.
I vaguely remember that there was a reprise of "Swing Swing Swing" for the hot tub scene. But I think the whole thing got cut. What's in the alternate scene? It might trigger my memory.
You're right there is a reprise of "Swing Swing Swing" But, and I don't have it in front of me I'll have to go look it up later. The Alternate ending is just simply a cut from that point. So in essence.. No hot tub scene. Skip the reprise. Cut to the ending! It actually seems to work when you read it! And They must have done that several times during the course of the show. It's actually quite humorous how they explain about their technical difficulties in the show! I have never read another script that apologizes for a scene before.
