Um, there are no video clips. Only audio clips...
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

AND ENJOY THE LOVELY KERRY BUTLER. She performed "Somewhere That's Green" very nicely. And also, she's rocks in "Suddenly Semour". I love the little hand motion in "Nobody ever treated me kindly" and then her deepness in "How to be more!" Lol. Gotta' love her.

They are both beautiful versions of the songs - except one of the doo-wop girls ruined the ending of Suddenly Seymour.
There's a light in the darkness of everybody's life.

Oh my god, I know. I cringed a little at the end of it. I was like: "Bring it down a notch..."

Hunter looks superb, Kerry looks fine. As an actress she has her moments but you can tell she's not always there. Her Somewhere that's Green is sweet. Although I don't see her as an Audrey, her vunerability is very compeling. But her riffs at the end of Suddenly Seymour sound SO contrived to me. Just sing the notes hun...

YAY! I have both on tape but it was still fun to watch online :).

Anyone who actually say the show today and has seen them be interviewed before who do you think came up with the answer to "What's it like to work with the puppet?" The answer is always that she's a diva, a stage hog, and other joking stuff like that. lol
Grace: My love for you is like this scar (points to elbow) ulgy but permanent!

God that ending was awful on Suddenly Seymour!
I was extremely impressed with the song up to then, that just ruined it for me because someone had the nerve to belt a completely wrong note! Oh well it happens, the rest was terrific.
BSoBW2: I punched Sondheim in the face after I saw Wicked and said, "Why couldn't you write like that!?"

Are you on dial-up or dsl/cable modem?

It's *possible* that because of all the traffic last night, the clip was loading slower.. you might try again today or in the next few days...
