...I dont know if anyone has posted thing but.. Celebrate the release of the New Broadway Cast Recording of Broadway's new monster hit! The LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS album is in stores now, and Virgin Megastore in Times Square is hosting the entire cast at a special kick-off event tomorrow, Thursday, at 5PM.
The cast will perform live, the plant will be on hand to scare up some pre-Halloween excitement, and you can get your copy of the CD signed by everyone!
The fun begins at 5PM on the lower level of the Virgin Megastore in Times Square, 45th and Broadway. And it's the perfect chance to get your copy of the CD, on DRG Records.
IF YOU STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE SHOW The Wall Street Journal calls it "GREAT, GREAT FUN!," hurry and order your tickets now. Just visit Telecharge.com or call 212-239-6200. If you prefer to get your tickets in person, visit the Virginia Theatre box office (245 West 52nd Street).
Oh no!! You either work for LSOH or Virgin Records! lol...sounds like fun. I wish I could go. I am on my 5th time listening to the whole record tonight.
It's nice to know LSOH is trying everything it can to create the buzz that never happened(other than the tween members of the boards)..I bet March is gonna be awful cold at the Virgina.
omg! i have NOTHING to do with LSOH, the Virgina Theatre, or Virgin Megastore! Im on the mailing list and they sent that! I just figured some would like to know! Bulldog, hey BITE ME! Thanks SuddenlySeymour! :) I dont understand why some people on this board are so damn anal! If you dont like someone elses opinions, icons, signitures, or whatever... what is the point or being rude about it? Some people here are very cynical jaded people...Sad!
yea I got the Email also but it's strang because the artical for Kinds night on Bway says that the Little shop cast is going to be at the kick off thing thats also tomorrow night at 5 at Macys. Strange I wish I could go but I have Dance oh well I'm seeing the show on Sunday so I can hold off 3 days... I guess lol.
Grace: My love for you is like this scar (points to elbow) ulgy but permanent!
Interesting that a few full time contributors to this site (who must be unemployed with too much free time) are constantly attacking those of us who enjoyed LSOH. Maybe they are friends of fired Florida cast members? Why be so hostile to people who enjoyed a show??? Little Shop is catching on by good old fashioned word of mouth and 9 great reviews from non-Sondheimian sources like New Yorker, Variety, Hollywood Reporter, AP, NY Post, Wall St, Journal and more. Unusual hostility from a few constant contributors, reread LSOH posts and see who they are.
