I thought he was trying his hand at the "I was once an actor now I'm a decorator" paart, oh well. I've only seen him once on stage in Sunset Blvd and he was quite good
some LA CAGE casting names the parents, plus the exwife and the club's stage manager (none of which are Batt). BB would be good as the houseboy, but i'm not sure he's still in that character's age range.
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys.
"I guarantee that we'll have tough
times. I guarantee that at some point
one or both of us will want to get out.
But I also guarantee that if I don't
ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for
the rest of my life..."
Michael Benjamin Washington is the houseboy and the role of Francis the stage manager has been cast as well. I would assume that Batt is Beach's understudy.
While it is possible that Batt is pulling a Scott Wise and is just a chorus member here, I would think that with all his film, tv and Broadway credits he wouldn't take a chorus role without also being an understudy. As great as Beach is, I'd love to see Batt as Albin.
