Just wondering...all of the Wicked and Avenue Q arguments....what are u? Republican or Democrat. I just want to compare. Please dont make any political statements, I dont want any of that stuff starting here just say

I like Wicked and Im Republican

or

I like Avenue Q and Im Democrat

I want to compare them at the end and see if maybe theres a freaky connection

if you like both say both

Im watching CNN and it just crossed my mind lol

I'm a Democrat and I like both, but I prefer Wicked if that makes a difference.

If Wicked fans turn out to be Republicans, I will weep.

[sarcasm]I mean, yes, Republicans HATE Avenue Q because of that darn "George Bush is only for now"! That one darn line..[/sarcasm]

Not like 100 people on a board are really going to PROVE anything.

Both shows seem to be a lot more liberal, if that's what you're looking for.

While looking liberal on the outside, I can find some inner shades that do criticize liberals today.

But of course the authors are liberal. Besides the political message (which is really only blatent in one line) about Bush, there are so many other things that appeal to people, Republican, Democrat, or Independent.

I am not thinking there is going to be much of a correlation given the shows.

I haven't seen either (seeing Wicked soon), but of what I know and thru cast recordings, I like Wicked more. It just has to do with the fact that I like Elphaba, esp after the book, and the music...not b/c I am a Republican
