One of the best films I have seen in a long time. It's up there with Eternal Sunshine... as one of my favs from this year. It has an all star cast, and Zach Braff does a beautiful job in the writing, directing, and starring jobs.

Hilarious! And, I was particularly thrilled to see a very talented guy I went to college with shine in a memorable role. His name is Jim Parsons and he plays Tim. I have a feeling Jim is going to break through after this film.

So many great actors in the film--Ian Holm, Jean Smart, lots of Broadway folk like Jackie, Denis O'Hare, George C Wolfe, etc.

And, I always enjoy seeing Natalie Portman in a good performance.

TYhat was George Wolfe! I wasn't sure.
Ian Holm is great in anything he does...and Jean Smart was fantastic in her all-too-brief role.
I was even impressed by miss Portman. She managed to make me forget her sleepwalking Amidala.

Natalie can rock--I thought she shined in Cold Mountain, too.

I have. Colin Farrell is adorable in it. Swoon-worthy, even without the frontal nudity (although you get some fleshy here anyway).

I posted my review of the film a few days ago. Search the OT board.

nope. cannot do it. no reviews or ANY info. before i see movies. afterwards, i read everything and anything about them but i learned long ago never to read reviews so that i am not biased by another person's opinion going into a movie, play, etc.

thank you! I did a search, but that thread didn't turn up. Hmmm. Well, it's a great film--it can have two threads!

I'll give it a bump, because I think Braff is a talented guy. His role on Scrubs is fantastic.
