This is a good trivia question Roxy I'm surprised the response hasn't been bigger
BSoBW2: I punched Sondheim in the face after I saw Wicked and said, "Why couldn't you write like that!?"

Almost there - 3 out of 4 as # 3 is wrong as it was only the Lincoln Center area & not a theater per se

Due to a lack of interest, I have decided to post the answer to those few hearty souls who responded

1. The Playhouse - where Springtime for Hitler opened
2. The Cort - theater across the street
3. Anta ( now Virginia ) - where Max had his office
4. Alvin ( now Neil Simon ) where limo pulls up in front of
prompting the now famous line " When you got it, flaunt it "

Thank You! It wasn't a lack of interest, just a lack of knowledge. I love this movie so much! I was actually at Lincoln Center tonight, and couldn't help thinking of their scene there.
