I know that when a new Musical comes out on broadway people get demos of the music that is going to be in the show. For example they have a Never Gonna Dance demo cd with 3 songs. I was just wondering if there is anywhere I could sign up for that to receive demo cds. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

When you order tickets off Telecharge or ticket master and have them sent to you they automatically put you on a mailing list to get all the promos.... I have soooo many of them it's insane.

So if I purchase tickets at telecharge they will put me on a mailing list and I would receive them. Because my parents have put our name on stuff and haven't gotten anything.

That's my understanding. I didn't start receiving demo cd's till I bought tickets over the phone from telecharge and had them mailed to me -- remember, they don't have your address if you have them held at the box office.

Subscribe to not-for-profit theatre in NYC. Then you will get more junk (flyers, demos, etc.) than you could have ever wished for (including annoying phone calls from Manhattan Theatre Club, The Public Theater--which has the crappiest, most pretentious service sector in NYC--Roundabout, etc.) A pox on all their houses.

So my understanding there isn't just a place where I can enter my address and they will send me demo cds. Because my parents have purchased tickets over the internet and we had to give them our home address, but never received anything.
