Souvenir Program?

Does anyone know if a Souvenir Program is available?  When I saw the show last spring, they weren’t available, and I recall merchandise staff indicating that “they were coming.”   I’ve looked everywhere online to purchase (I live in Canada, and only make it to the city once per year) and have come up empty-handed. I saw it this past July and they did not have a souvenir program.

I have inquired about this periodically at the merchandise counter. The last time I asked I was told categorically that there is no souvenir program forthcoming. I was sorry to hear that.
