“The white woman will prevail over the Asians!”

South Pacific, The King and I, Miss Saigon, Thoroughly Modern Millie, just about every show with Asian characters

Carousel: Hit your wife, mess up a botched robbery, commit suicide and you will still get a  good song in the Second Act.

Don't go to a dance at the gym, because you'll be closer to death

One has to wonder...in Into the Woods after they kill the giant AND the giant's wife, wouldn't the rest of the giant community get pissed and come down and the baker, cinderella, Little red, and Jack just constantly have to slay giants for the rest of their life.

All this to say, the wrong moral of Into the Woods is giants have family members and other connections you may have to take out as well

The moral of Cats is that you should put your old cat to sleep.

Sweet Charity: No one buys the cow if they get the milk for free. Old whores die broke and alone.

Company:
All of your crazy married friends hate each other and only like you because you're single, and they want you to be as miserable as they are.

Tuck Everlasting:
The only creatures who will be around when the world ends are the Tuck family and a bullfrog.

Follies:
Powerful men are secretly miserable and suicidal, and their sophisticated wives who act like European royalty really long to act like chorus girls.

Brigadoon:
It's best to go to sleep for one hundred years with the girl you love than live in the real world, even though the real world might blow up while you're sleeping.

THE MOST HAPPY FELLA

Women only "want to be wanted, need to be needed."

Again, maybe the right (i.e., intended) moral.  But a moral moral?  Different matter.

Charity is not a prostitute! Perhaps some of the other girls. But, Charity just sells her time! (or so she explains to Oscar)

I think it’s intentionally ambiguous; the relationship described in Soliloquy is worded in a way that can be interpreted equally as a selfless pushover in a relationship with a needy guy, or as a pimp and his “bottom girl.”

I never assumed she was a prostitute, but I assumed she put out.

Well it’s worth noting, the only reason The Giant’s Wife was able to come down is because of the beanstalk accidentally planted by Cinderella.

The show actually does tease the possibility of another similar incident, as The Witch then plants many more beans during Last Midnight. The other characters then dig the beans out, but it’s never exactly said that they got all of them or not.
