Is it designed to cover material not yet covered to determine your ability to have an educated guess or is this a design flaw? I noticed it pauses between questions as if it's calculating how hard should the next question be.

Pretty sure you have no idea where you are posting this.  

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
