I hope Andrew Burnap is nominated for The Inheritance, he was an absolute knockout last fall!

I wish he was submitted in Featured instead of Leading, but I understand that Paul Hilton and JB Hickey were more Featured principals. Alas.

I know. Others being interested in, and getting pleasure from, something of which you disapprove is so disheartening.

Has there been a single musical category where the nominees weren’t Moulin Rouge, Jagged Little Pill, and Tina?

Lightning Thief not getting any nominations is too funny.

It's been on Broadway before. Remember, they only list the authors for revivals now if those shows have never appeared on Broadway, making the authors also eligible for the Tony Award.

So Aaron wins a Tony by default? They really couldn't nominate the guy from Lightning Thief?

How did Kyle Soller not get in when they nominated 6 people for Leading Actor in a Play? That's nonsense.

Disappointed Linda Vista was left out of Best Play, but glad Ian Barford was nominated.

The Best Leading Actor in a Musical category should have been axed. Like, congrats to Tveit, but winning by default is hardly an awkward achievement

Is this the first time in history that the nominees for Best Score have solely been plays, no musicals? My hunch is that it is, but I'm too lazy to check.
