Looks a lot like the stage version but it has me quite excited!

I love the costumes! I was listening to the cast recording a month or so ago. I expected more of a generic pop score but the music itself exceeded my expectations. As someone waiting for the national tour when it is safe, I haven’t been so excited for a movie musical since Mary Poppins Returns. I’m seeing the Prom for my engaged gay brother.

Ryan Murphy directed this movie and created Glee. Maybe that explains it.

This looks like a mess so far. Here's hoping the cast- excellent on paper- can prove me wrong.

Also, it looks like the opening night party of Eleanor! is at Sardi's, you can see the caricatures in the background.

I fully thought Corden was Ross Mathews in the Sardi's photo.

I think it looks very charming! However, I'm anxious to see how it translates as a film. It was great and landed well in the theatrical medium. Lots of inside jokes too for theatre people.

Look, I loved the show, but let’s not pretend that production was Hamlet at the Globe. This will be a ton of fun, I can’t wait!

This starry cast is nothing compared to the OBC.

Murphy will suck the soul out of this show, as he does with all projects.
