I'm having a lot of fun seeing such wonderful theatre fans share their opinions and personal favorite songs/shows on numerous threads during quarantine, so I figured I'd offer up this question. Personally, I'd like to have Over Here! get its time in the sun once again. It's such and underrated show, and something else I like about these message boards is the amount of love for that show whenever it's mentioned.
I can't wait to hear what shows you all say!

This is everything I need. I LOVE your vision.

I don't know if the Bernstein estate would allow it, but 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. That music is far too good to go on as the shambling, gutted, pseudo-operetta version it's in now.

Yes. With Bernadette or Buckley!
"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022)
"Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009)
"Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000
New Girl in Town with Katrina Lenk is what I’m pushing for. It’s a so-so show, but the score has tremendous charm, so it’s a perfect choice.
Greenwillow, too. Really big on that getting done. And I’ll add my voice to the Dear World chorus. They did well by Herman this year, so I’d like to think his estate would continue to work with them.

Take Me Along was one of the first shows I saw many many years ago in summer stock with Forrest Tucker in the Gleason role. I drove my mother crazy until we could find the OBC recording and played it constantly. Even now, all these decades later, some of those songs pop in my head for no reason. It's a funny, lovely show and score that would do well with the Encores treatment.
And another vote for "Take Me Along"; years ago I thought the perfect Encores! leads would be Nathan Lane, Victoria Clark, and Bobby Steggert, but I'm not sure any of them would be interested at this point.
