A couple years ago, the Christmas show came to my city.  I went, even though I was unfamiliar with most of the queens.  The one queen, that stood out the most to me, of the cast, was Chi Chi.  I thought she was the prettiest and most entertaining of the group.  Although I didn't do the meet and greet, something in the way she came across on stage, told me, she would be very friendly and  personable.  RIP
