Just wondering at the moment what other shows that have hit Broadway conclude with a question rather than a statement (final spoken words). Some examples from recent memory, off the top of my head:
"Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?"
"Does this mean I can do anything, Siobhan?" (not counting Epilogue)
"What if?"
"Could this be the something that will last?"

The Lady or the Tiger? section of the 3 part musical The Apple Tree ends with the title question and which option the Princess picked for the audience to decide.
MISS SAIGON “How in one night have we come so far?”
FOLLIES (Depending in which iteration) “Whaddaya say up there?”
A few other shows don’t end directly on the question, but the closing numbers revolve around a question: LES MIS - “Do you hear the people sing/hear the distant drums?” TICK...TICK...BOOM! - “Cages or wings, which do you prefer?”
"When you start looking at your watch--as I do at other people's shows--you know you're in trouble."
